MT 95 Cuff Pressing Machines

This machine capacity is 5000 pcs/ shift. One operator can easily work in two stations. Pressing can be done in one side and cuff positioning can be done in otherside to increase the daily production capacity.

Smallest to largest any size cuff can be pressed. Pressing mold can be easily adjusted according to cuff size.Pressing mold can be easily changed for different cuff models.

Single or double pressing is possible Holder pin prevents cuff slipping.Air blowing ensures easy cuff disassembly from the mold, increasing the operation speed and quality. Two different model cuffs can be pressed in the same time.
